Thirty-one personal essays on the greatest gift, each author's Mother gave them
I just love a well done personal essay, don't you? So, when I came across this title, and saw it contained thirty-one personal essays from well known authors on the greatest gifts their Mother's gave them; I just knew I had to read it, and I'm glad I did.
Some of the essays were heart-breaking, some were fun, and some I definitely would re-read again, but they all made me think about my own complicated relationship with my own mother, and I just want to say here: "Thanks Mom for all the gifts! I know you did the best you could, with what you had. I love you!"
